Patrick received a Master of Management from Northwestern University, B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and a Master of Divinity & Baccalaureate in Sacred Theology from University of St. Mary of the Lake. Patrick has over 25 years of experience in operations leadership and strategic planning and is passionate about stewardship, collaboration, electronic giving, and change enablement and operations management.
Vish brings more than 15 years of consulting experience in sourcing, purchasing and technology in the nonprofit sector. As an extension of his work with clients in the nonprofit sector, Vish lead a team that developed GiveCentral in 2011, the web-based donation platform designed to improve fundraising efforts by making it easier for donors to give, for nonprofits to connect with donors and for administrators to efficiently manage it all. Vish has a Bachelor's Degree in electronics engineering and a Master’s Degree in networking and telecommunications.
Bridget specializes in business development and advisory services in support of the nonprofit sector. Bridget has worked with nonprofits for the last eight years (six of them with GiveCentral), serving as the firm’s main point of contact for new clients, while working closely with all levels of client leadership. She is an expert in client implementation of GiveCentral. Bridget holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Jeanne manages implementation and customer support for our current client base and their customers. Her team provides professional services through onboarding, training, and engaging with client leadership to define goals and leverage our products and services to achieve them. Prior to joining GiveCentral in 2018 as a project manager, Jeanne directed business operations for a faith-based nonprofit for more than 20 years.
Kate graduated from Regis University in Denver in 2017 and has been with GiveCentral ever since.
Teag is a graduate of DePaul University and has been with GiveCentral since 2018. Teag primarily handles answering customer inquiries via phone and also assists in maintaining the online support ticketing system.
Janet is a graduate of the University of Illinois and has been with GiveCentral since 2017. Working with customer service for several years now, Janet leads the team in answering donor and administrative inquiries, providing FAQ documents on our site, and serving as a liaison between technology development and our clients.
Vern brings more than 15 years of experience working with non-profits to utilize technology that increases fundraising and donor engagement. His consultations have contributed to the development of successful capital campaign strategies and increased sustained giving programs.
Claire joined GiveCentral in 2020 as an Implementation Manager to assist clients with system onboarding for successful online giving. Claire is pursuing her Master’s of Science in Management from the University of Illinois and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
Having 10+ years of experience in implementation and client services. Working on streamlining the process and with the development team on new feature implementation.
Narayan is a graduate of Computer Science Engineering. Experienced as a Client Support Specialist for 2 years and has been working with GiveCentral Since 2019.
Stephen received Bachelor’s Degrees in Mathematics and Finance from Western Illinois University. He is also an accredited member of the Society of Actuaries. Stephen has been at Give Central for 14 years and has extensive experience in Analysis, Telecommunications, Energy, and other core competencies in Management Consulting.
Shubham has over 3 years of experience in Customer Service profile and has handled line of communication between clients and customers for various line of business like banking, energy and home services.
Iliana joined GiveCentral in March 2021 as an Implementation Manager. Iliana graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2019 and is currently pursuing her Master's of Nonprofit Administration from Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. Iliana has a servant heart and is committed to being a force for good.
GiveCentral started as a small idea back in 2010. In our work with the nonprofit community, we learned that there was an unfulfilled need when it came to improving stewardship and financial sustainability.
