Raiser’s Edge (by Blackbaud) is a database many nonprofit organizations use to manage their constituents and communities. We have worked with a Blackbaud Partner company ( Zeidman Development ) to complete an API into Raiser’s Edge that eliminates the need for manual file exports and imports - saving time and increasing accuracy.
Accurate donor IDs will be passed back into GiveCentral, and advanced data transformations can be made in the batch prior to commitment, ensuring completely accurate information is being applied to the donor records.
If donors make a pledge through GiveCentral, the pledge is sent to Raiser’s Edge in a manner that will allow the subsequent payments to associate automatically
Integrated New Recurring Gifts
If your organization utilizes the recurring gift module, we will send new recurring gifts into Raiser’s Edge, allowing for subsequent payments to associate properly
Integrated Contributions
Move donations into Raiser’s Edge to donor records accurately and quickly through auto-batching
Integrated Payments
collect funds for mission trips, religious education or other non-donation events and move to donor records through auto-batching
Donor ID Matching
The API will share back proper donor IDs with GiveCentral, ensuring that future contributions will associate to the correct pledge/recurring gift and profile without error
Processing Fee Tracking
Offer donors the option to cover the processing fees, and that information can come over into Raiser’s Edge as a separate item - even with a separate appeal code - (without counting toward any pledge or gift totals)
Parish or Fund Credits
For organizations that track a parish or specific fund credit, GiveCentral will send that through with the gifts
Package/Appeal Code Tracking
For organizations that track the origination of gifts using Appeal or Package codes,
Wildcard Codes
GiveCentral also allows for many wildcard fields for tracking things like campaign, appeal, fund, etc. Your organization can help set the mapping into Raiser’s Edge that works specifically for your setup - no need to change your data structure to fit ours!
