What is Ministry Platform?

Ministry Platform is a database owned by ACS Technologies used by clients large and small to track community members, engagement, donations and volunteer opportunities - specifically for faith-based organizations.

GiveCentral interacts with Ministry Platform to send pledges, gifts and payments over to the database automatically, and receive donor ID updates in response. The database is built in a way to allow Dioceses or Archdioceses to have a shared tool across all managed locations - meaning more accurate donor information and updated records.

For organizations that track a parish or specific fund credit, GiveCentral will send that through with the gifts

Clients can choose to have pledges and contributions sync over to Ministry Platform automatically (in real-time), or manually - meaning they can be reviewed in GiveCentral first, and then sent over to Ministry Platform as a batch.
