We are a team of technology and nonprofit consultants with extensive experience working with nonprofits for over a decade. Our goal is to provide our clients with an intuitive and easy-to-use online donation platform that serves to increase nonprofit financial health and sustainability.
Patrick received a Master of Management from Northwestern University, B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and a Master of Divinity & Baccalaureate in Sacred Theology from University of St. Mary of the Lake. Patrick has over 25 years of experience in operations leadership and strategic planning and is passionate about stewardship, collaboration, electronic giving, and change enablement and operations management.
Vish brings more than 15 years of consulting experience in sourcing, purchasing and technology in the nonprofit sector. As an extension of his work with clients in the nonprofit sector, Vish lead a team that developed GiveCentral in 2011, the web-based donation platform designed to improve fundraising efforts by making it easier for donors to give, for nonprofits to connect with donors and for administrators to efficiently manage it all. Vish has a Bachelor's Degree in electronics engineering and a Master’s Degree in networking and telecommunications.
Bridget specializes in business development and advisory services in support of the nonprofit sector. Bridget has worked with nonprofits for the last eight years (six of them with GiveCentral), serving as the firm’s main point of contact for new clients, while working closely with all levels of client leadership. She is an expert in client implementation of GiveCentral. Bridget holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Janet has been with GiveCentral since 2017, working with customer service for several years. Janet leads the team in answering donor and administrative inquiries, providing FAQ documents on our site, and liaising between technology development and our clients.
Vern brings more than 15 years of experience working with non-profits to utilize technology that increases fundraising and donor engagement. His consultations have contributed to the development of successful capital campaign strategies and increased sustained giving programs.
Narayan is a graduate of Computer Science Engineering. Experienced as a Client Support Specialist for 2 years and has been working with GiveCentral Since 2019.
Shivam is a graduate with over 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Health Care and Garnishments. He has handled communication between Clients, Customers, Insurance Companies, Courts, Sheriff and Employers.
Teresa has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 15 years, directing communications, design, and marketing teams before joining GiveCentral. She has helped nonprofits succeed in campaigns by leading and educating tactics to leverage small to large organizations strategically. She is passionate about collaboration and elevating mission-driven organizations to reach goals and succeed.
Bikram has a degree in English and joined the GiveCentral team in 2022 fresh out of college. He is dedicated, organized and a quick learner. He has experience working as a content writer intern for various industries.
Naveen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications and brings over 4 years of accomplished Customer Service experience across industries like E-commerce and Ed-tech. He joined GiveCentral Support Team in 2022 and since then has been a valuable member of the team bringing in a lot of innovative ideas.
Shreya is a graduate in Tourism Management and also has a degree in Fashion Designing. She has 5+ years of experience in customer service with different NGO's and E-commerce companies. She joined GiveCentral in early 2023 and since then has been an integral part of our CS Team.
Himanshu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and brings 3+ years of strong Customer Service experience across various industries like Health Care, E-commerce and Banking. He joined GiveCentral in 2023 and has helped the team grow with his ownership and problem solving skills.
Raunak holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering and brings in more than 6+ years of Operations and Team management experience across various departments like Last Mile Delivery, Quality and Customer Service. He joined the GiveCentral team in 2022 and since then has been leading the customer service team and helping in streamlining the CS processes.
How We Got Started
GiveCentral started as a small idea back in 2010. In our work with the nonprofit community, we learned that there was an unfulfilled need when it came to improving stewardship and financial sustainability. Donors wanted more ways to give and nonprofits wanted an easy way to manage donations and donor information online. Our team found that there was no tool out there that truly fit the needs of the nonprofit sector when it came to online donations and donor management. So it was was through collaboration and community-based input that GiveCentral grew to the powerful tool that it is today. Now, with more than 1100+ individual nonprofit clients and over 500,000+ donors using GiveCentral, we are proud to call this small idea a big success.

We're excited to introduce GC Guru to our platform. The Guru is an AI-based chat tool that will allow you to ask questions, and receive plain text responses (as well as links to our Knowledge Center as applicable).
Over the last four months we've had the Guru learn everything it can about GiveCentral - donor-facing and administrator-facing - in order to help you find answers to your questions faster, at any time of day. As more and more people provide feedback, the Guru will also be able to refine its responses.
